  • 2 cups frozen mango 
  • 3/4 cup coconut yogurt 
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar (or maple syrup or honey if not vegan) 
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

How to cook Coconut Mango Frozen Yogurt

  1. Combine all ingredients into your food processor and blend until smooth. This may take a few minutes so be patient! Serve immediately.

NOTES:

To store, transfer the yogurt to an air-tight container and place it in the fridge. It will last this way for up to two weeks.
