Dairy-Free Strawberry Frozen Yogurt

I scream, you scream, we all scream for… fro-yo?

Yes, yes we do all scream for fro-yo. Because who doesn't love a good (large) bowl of frozen yogurt? It's widely known that it's healthier and lighter than ice cream, and personally, I think it tastes much better.

This dairy-free strawberry frozen yogurt is refreshing, simple to make, and only includes five healthy ingredients! To make it dairy-free, I swapped regular yogurt for coconut yogurt. And I have to tell you… I think this is genius. It gives it just a hint of tropical tastiness and the strawberry-coconut combo is fab!

Serving Size: 2

What You'll Need:

  • 2 cups strawberries, frozen

  • 5 ounces coconut yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar

  • 1 tablespoon orange juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. This will take a few minutes so be patient. You may need to stop blending and push the strawberries back down to the bottom of the container a few times. Serve immediately. This can also be transferred to an air-tight container and stored in the freezer for later. It will last this way for up to two weeks.
