Spring Berry Oatmeal Bowl

Can I get a hallelujah for berry season being back?

Strawberries are forever my favorite fruit. Have been since I was a little tike. But during off-season they can cost more than five bucks a pint! I'm sorry but my love does not run that deep. I mean what am I, a millionaire?

So when spring starts to roll around and strawberries become affordable (and attainable at that), I do my happy dance!

Lately, when I'm not eating my beloved avocado toast, I've been loading up my oatmeal bowls with half a banana, a handful of blueberries or blackberries, and a few strawberries. Add a dash of cinnamon, a splash of maple syrup, and a small handful of homemade granola and I'm good to go! So, so good and even more filling. This bowl definitely keeps me full well into late morning/ early afternoon, just in time for lunch.

Cheers to spring and strawberry season! xo - cort
