The smoothie is made with only 7 ingredients, which are all simple and healthy, by the way. And takes two seconds to whip up in your blender.
(I am obsessed with my nutribullet and use it every single day, best money ever spent I promise you)
Honestly, this smoothie has been on my recipe “to-do” list for YEARS. But I kept avoiding it because I don’t really like raw carrots. Clearly I gave in and made it, and clearly I shouldn’t have waited so long - because I’m obsessed!
So if the carrot part freaks you out a little, don’t worry bout it fam. It’s gooooood!
One thing to note: you’ll see yogurt in the ingredient list.
I have made this recipe multiple times both with and without the yogurt. Both are good. It’s your call. I will say it’s more creamy (obviously) with the yogurt so I’m partial to that version. But again, your choice!
If you don’t eat dairy, choose an unflavored soy or coconut yogurt.
This smoothie definitely gives me hash tag FALL VIBES. So I’m digging that as well.

Delicious Carrot Cake Smoothie
ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 large carrot
- 2 dates, pitted
- 3/4 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup yogurt of choice
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch of nutmeg
instructions:
How to cook Delicious Carrot Cake Smoothie
- Add all ingredients and blend until smooth. Top with walnuts or shredded coconut if desired. Enjoy immediately.
