Fresh Strawberry Mojito (Non-Alcoholic Option)
Fresh Strawberry Mojitos that are delicious, fresh, and naturally sweetened with berries and a bit of agave! These can be enjoyed with or without the addition of rum and make for the most perfect refreshing cocktail, or mocktail!
Last weekend at the farmers market I picked up a rather large bunch of mint leaves. Since then, I have been infusing all the water and adding mint to all the things!
This mint frenzy led me to remember how much I love mojitos! Strawberry mojitos, to be specific. They are just the perfect blend - not too sweet, not too bland. Just perfectly refreshing!
Strawberry Mojitos are a beautiful cocktail to serve at daytime get-togethers!
Serve them pre made on a cute tray for your guests. Or make a fun little "mojito bar" out of it! Set up a station with soda water, lime wedges, sliced strawberries, fresh mint and festive straws. It's (always) party season, after all!
If you’d like to enjoy this Strawberry Mojito as a mocktail (no alcohol) just skip the rum part in the recipe. If you are looking for that perfect festive cocktail - definitely don’t skip the rum, hehe.
Rum is the standard alcohol used in mojitos, I have never tried it with any other type of booze - but feel free to switch it up if you’d like. And maybe let me know how it goes?

How to cook Delicious & Fresh Strawberry Mojito (Mocktail Option)
- In a tall glass, add strawberries, mint, and agave nectar. Muddle ingredients until well mashed. Be sure to only press the ingredients while muddling. Do not grind them up. Fill the remainder of the glass with soda water. Garnish with a strawberry and enjoy!
