Wanna know what makes me feel like I have my life together?
Making my own salad dressing.
You think I’m kidding? I’m not! Although I kinda wish I was :( lol.
Listen - I don’t know why it’s so gratifying, it just is.
I like knowing exactly what’s in my dressing. I feel like it’s really easy for nasty ingredients to be lurking in our condiments & dressings these days. I DON’T WANT NASTY INGREDIENTS LURKING IN MY DRESSING OKAY, you feel me? I feel like you feel me.
So with all that being said, I’ve been on a major kick of testing my own dressings. I landed on this for a sweet & tangy option and I have been loving it!
A lot of you bookmarked this on my instagram so I figured I’d share it in a post too :)
p.s- today is the last day of January and I am wondering where in the WORLD did this month go?! AHH.
Alrightyy, my chamomile tea with calm powder is getting cold. Apparently I can’t sip and type at the same time? I’m gonna run. More dressing recipes coming your way soon.
xoxo, cort
