Sunrise Smoothie Bowl
Happy, happy Monday! I hope everyone is ready to take on a new week. However, in case you're a real human and are in need of a Monday morning boost, I've got your back. This Sunrise Smoothie Bowl is so vibrant and beautiful, it will make you feel all energized and cheery inside.
After I was finished taking pictures of the smoothie goodness, Dave and I immediately dug in. After the first bite I got an "are you kidding me?", which I assumed meant that it was yummy. Two minutes later⦠"I think this is the most delicious thing you've ever made." Yumminess confirmed. (Obviously).
You can load this bowl up with pretty much any topping you'd like! I added pomegranate seeds, fresh strawberries, and coconut chips. Some other suggestions for yummy toppings: chia seeds, hemp seeds, kiwi, & banana.

What You'll Need:
1 cup frozen strawberries
2 cups frozen pineapple
1 fresh dragon fruit (flesh only)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth, it should be a bit thick. Pour into a bowl and add desired toppings. Enjoy!
