Chopped Broccoli Salad with Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

Gotta be honest, I’m not the biggest fan of raw broccoli.

Cooked? Sure. Raw… meh.

I just can’t be bothered with it unless I have a huge bowl of ranch or hummus to dip it in. Even then, I’d rather just skip the raw broccoli. Well… that is UNTIL NOW.

(Oh - and hi, by the way. How ya been? Happy New Year! I hope you’re killing your resolutions. All sixteen days of them LOL).

So yeah, this chopped broccoli salad is da bomb. And that’s coming from someone who dislikes raw broccoli. Have I pushed that point enough yet? ANYWAY. I love all the ingredients in this salad, but I think what really makes it fabulous is the honey mustard vinaigrette.

Light, refreshing, obviously healthy. You need this in your life.

P. S. - Personally, I like this salad in small doses. More like a nice side to your lunch/dinner, rather than the actual meal itself. Do you get what I’m saying?

Alright, G2G. My thai food that I ordered on uber eats just arrived. I did not feel like cooking tonight. We’ve had rain ALL WEEK LONG here in LA, and it is really killing my motivation to do… well anything really, haha.
