Watermelon Pomegranate & Mint Holiday Salad
I know I've said this about a thousand times already, but this year is FLYING.
Like how is it November already?
It's a little crazy, but honestly I'm not too upset about it because I LOVE the holidays. Once Halloween rolls around, I am in a permanent good mood. Everything is so festive, people are happy, the weather is chilly, it's just SO FUN.
So with the holidays upon us, I wanted to share one of my favorite fruit salad recipes with you guys. It's simple, refreshing, and just so darn pretty!
If you're going to be hosting this year, this salad will be the easiest dish you make. It's one of those dishes you can prepare the night before and just toss in a pretty serving dish day-of.
Did I mention how beautiful this Watermelon Pomegranate and Mint Salad would look on your table alongside your holiday spread? Because it would... It really, really would ;)
Not hosting? Be the best guest EVER by bringing this lovely little dish. It'll most likely be different than most dishes at the party and the host/hostess will love the addition.
Oh yeah, by the way - you could also make this on like, any old day you want and eat it whenever you like. Everyday's a holiday! (cheesy)
ANYWAY - I hope you all had a fab and safe Halloween. Let's get excited for Thanksgiving! I've got some wholesome, homestyle recipes coming your way that I think you will love. So stay tuned!
As always, thank you for reading. It means more than you know :)
